Becoming the Blessed Community*
What does it mean to participate in a faith experience/expression
larger and more complete than our individual perceptions?
*a reference to Thomas Kelley's "A Testament of Devotion"Come join us for a weekend of camaraderie, personal sharing and spiritual exploration at beautiful, secluded Camp Myrtlewood. Bring poetry, musical instruments or whatever you enjoy sharing with others. You may want to read Thomas Kelly's "A Testament of Devotion" as part of your preparation for the weekend. Bunkhouse lodging and Saturday/Sunday meals are included.
You will need to bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, towel and personal items. it can be cold/rainy at this time of year, so come prepared.
Eat on the way or bring your own food for Friday evening. Snacks are welcomed!
Cost: Approximately $50.00/person, depending on how many attend.

Body and Soul: Intertwining our physical and spiritual journeys
How we eat, move, sleep, breathe and take care of ourselves when we are injured or ill can be centered in a deeper dimension when we invite spiritual guidance. Likewise, the body has its own wisdom that can deepen our meditation and awareness of the beauty of Creation. Come and explore the interplay of body and soul with discussion as well as experiential activities around mindful eating, healing and movement practices. Prepare to be relaxed and re-energized—body and soul!
